Terms of Service

By accessing or using Despora("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and agencies.

Despora is a marketing analytics platform that aggregates data from third-party services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others to provide reporting, lead management, and performance insights.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Google Ads, CallRail, GA4). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Despora is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid API access and permissions with those providers.

The data, analytics, and calculations provided by the Service — including but not limited to conversion rates, ROI, customer lifetime value, and expected revenue — are derived from third-party data providers and client-supplied inputs (such as sales closing rate and cost per lead). These metrics are provided as estimates to support informed marketing decisions and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Despora shall not be held liable for business decisions made based on these estimates.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, design, and software provided by Despora is the exclusive property of Despora or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Despora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Despora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Despora has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
