Despora ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the Despora platform. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.

Account information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and password (stored hashed).

Business & marketing data: Data pulled from connected third-party services (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, CallRail, etc.) which you explicitly authorize.

Usage data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and analytics purposes.

Communications: Emails you send us, support requests, and in-app messages.

When you connect third-party accounts (Google Ads, GA4, etc.), we access only the data you explicitly authorize via OAuth or API keys. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with other third parties. Third-party data is used solely to power your dashboard and reports.

The analytics, metrics, and reports provided by Despora are derived from data supplied by third-party providers such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, CallRail, and others. While we strive for accuracy, this data may not be 100% precise due to factors outside our control, including provider-side sampling, API limitations, and data processing delays.

Calculations such as conversion rate (CR), return on investment (ROI), customer lifetime value (CLV), and expected revenue depend on a combination of third-party data and client-provided inputs such as sales closing rate, cost per lead, and service pricing. As a result, these figures are estimates intended to help you make informed marketing decisions and should not be treated as exact financial data.

Despora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or calculations. Users are encouraged to cross-reference platform insights with their own business records for critical decision-making.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only with:

• Service providers — e.g. hosting, email delivery (AWS SES), and database providers, under data processing agreements
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized usage data for analytics. Verification tokens and session data are automatically expired. You may request full data deletion by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted storage of passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS for all data in transit, email verification for new accounts, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and access controls via role-based permissions. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies (via HTTP-only JWT tokens) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability (export your data)

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
